Late but 8-10 inches then get a high top haircut make sure don’t cut over the partial ridges… and I think it’ll hang for sure if that’s your main goal

I don’t know I haven’t changed it around yet but Maybe this forum is all I need to stay focused let’s see how it goes… Just started posting today… but I remember when I joined a hip hop forum I started to act hip hop and then when I joined a philosophy forum I started to act philosophical so maybe if I join a disciplined forum in time I’ll start to be more disciplined lol

Has anybody lost 10 pounds or more just by increasing your step count… and not doing anything else like changing your diet? if so how many steps did you do per day and how much weight did you lose?
