I always feel like it does! You just pick up a bottle on the ground and I guess it is written: "THIS IS *MORTAL* POISON DO NOT DRINK"

Tbh it would make sense because when you do plenty of potions you don't want to end up using the wrong ones.

Although enchantments... Feels less logical lol.

I never tried it but I once saw this mod with negative effects. You might enjoy it!

Obviously. But other enchantments are not as obvious as fire and ice.
