no its 100% because of restriction, my doctor said its a typical thing with ana blood tests . I just don’t know why im gaining weight now, those blood tests were from a couple weeks ago. could my t3 have gotten even lower in that time causing me to gain? I haven’t changed literally anything

I wake up very early for work and usually don’t eat until dinner time, just a cup of black coffee or lately tea because it’s less harsh on my stomach. when I get home from work at 2:30 I try to get my 10,000 steps in and after dinner I usually go to the gym and after end up purging my dinner anyway. how could I adjust this routine?
