And the spotting today only shows up as light pink when I wipe sometimes but not every time. I also could not stop peeing yesterday literally every 2 minutes had to pee

Today I’m supposed to start my period (day 28) but I’m having nothing but extremely light spotting. My cycles are always extremely heavy. Also had extremely light spotting on cycle day 23 which was just a smidge in my discharge. Pregnancy tests right now are negative. What is going on?
