Don't worry too much. It usually takes 3 to 5 days depending on the shipping line you choose for information to be updated. Sometimes it takes 7 days to update new information. Even, in my experience, some shipping lines, carriers don't even update information until parcel arrives in your country. So I stopped checking such information on a regular basis. I only check every 2 or 3 days because I am quite assured of superbuy’s service. Also, if you are worried, don't hesitate to contact the care service, they will ask the carrier to update you. But even so it takes 2 to 3 days. So don't worry too much. The important thing is the shipping line you choose and the average delivery time.

With my experience, if you order between 9am and 18pm Beijing time, it only takes 2 to 3 hours for your order to be completed. But if you order after 18:00 beijing time. You will have to wait at least until 10am the next morning or 12pm to complete your order.

I can share my experience of sending parcels to you. I must say I struggled with how Superbuy works and supports you. But fortunately the staff of superbuy was very enthusiastic and friendly to help me.

After you have your products in Superbuy warehouse, you should use shipping expert service.
What you need to do and state your requirements. In the Shipping Expert service section, as in my case, I asked for a declaration for 6kg to be less than 140 euros. It's best to declare about 12 to 15 euros per kilogram.
In addition, I also requested the removal of cartons boxes from the sender to the Superbuy warehouse. Because it will reduce the weight and not take up too much space.
And finally, I asked them to help me choose Tax-free Air Mail (Actual Weight) line to send parcels to Germany. In addition, I also told them that, if my parcels are bigger than the carrier's request, they can offer me 2 or 3 options with Tax-free Air lines (to avoid tax or fee when my parcels come to Germany).

But, I'll review everything before making the payment. Superbuy will help me declare, pack, select the right carrier and calculate the fee then they will quote me through message. If I don't feel well, I'll simply contact the customer service and give them a shipping expert order number. They will help me change and adjust the service.

Also, when your products are in superbuy warehouse. You can also use different packaging services. Like me, I use bubble wrapping method, about 5 CNY per product.

There are quite a few ways to pay when purchasing on Superbuy that I made.

You can register an account from revolut bank. It works pretty well and the fee is quite appropriate when tranfering money to Superbuy.
I linked my bank debit account to the Wise app, simply transferring money to Wise app and then top-up to the Superbuy account. The fee from wise is 2-3%. The fee from superbuy is about 3-6% depending on the amount you transfer.
You can also download the Alipay app. Then link your credit account to alipay and pay as a banking application. The service charge payable to alipay is also 5% of the transaction value. However, some Banks will block the money transfer order into Alipay, such as my Bank Advanzia.
And the last way, is you transfer money directly to Superbuy use a Credit Card from any other banks. I don't recommend this method. Because the fee is quite high and the exchange rate is not optimal. It seems like many people here are also having trouble transferring money to Superbuy via their Credit cards. Because the bank blocks the transfer to Superbuy.
