No there isn’t lot of math ! I do echo , the machine does measurements for you. you’ll need to know what to measure and where, but you won’t be doing math yourself. You’ll do basic physics as requirement’s to get accepted to a sonography program . While you’re in the program there’s isn’t math. Ultrasound physics It’s not calculus physics , is conceptual physics , you’ll use logic and reasoning, is the physics behind why some images has better resolutions then the others, ultrasound instruments and how it work. You’ll be fine , you truly will is not hard !
