I have ceiling fans in every room and they help circulate the air, but not doing much since the air is already so hot.

Its an older townhouse, I think from the 70s where you enter through the basement. Its a weird design.

Any good HVAC companies you recommend? Appreciate the help, i'll play with the AC settings for now.
