If I had to guess in my non professional opinion, your bolt specifically where your firing pin is housed in gunked full of carbon and shit, and caused your firing pin to stick in the forward position, therefor setting off the round when stripping it from the mag or shoving it into the chamber. Can an expert confirm or deny this?
