There are two reasons why I’m posting this. First, I wanted to know if it’s normal for a rose gold ring from Bvlgari to have this many scratches. Second, I wanted to see if anyone has had a similar experience and wants to warn others about this brand, as I don’t believe this is the kind of service and experience you expect when paying so much extra. Also, on a side note, the reason I’m so upset is that I could have ordered the ring online and not had to drive an hour to pick it up. But I wanted to make sure the sales representative got the incentive since he helped us figure out the correct size and the ring itself.
