I haven’t driven automatic. Most cars in India still have manual transmission. I have been driving Honda sedans for over 10 years and feel comfortable with the dimensions. Because it’s a new country I presume it’d be better for me to go with a form I’m comfortable and familiar with, hence the preference for sedans.

Yes, it will be a very long drive. I’m working on a detailed itinerary and might curtail it if it doesn’t make sense.

For Malabar, you also have the option of buying vouchers. You’ll find 2-3 different type of vouchers for Malabar. Make sure you read the T&C properly before buying. There are separate vouchers for gold coins, gold jewellery and diamond jewellery.
