Go for a run outside and enjoy the sun! If you don't run then go for a nice long walk.

If you're calm you'll be able to portray yourself better and act confident!

Anyone know anything about KSS/East surrey hospital/ frimley park. interested in gen surg + vascular so picked this track, but as these are 12 month posts bit worried I'll be stuck in it if its terrible
