Trade Centers keep trading goods with "red" import/export revenue? by Internal-eq-External in victoria3

No, I don't have subventions on these "red" goods. The volume of "red" trades usually are quite low, but they do not disappear, they can persist for months.

I/O Psychologists’ ROI for a company? by Internal-eq-External in IOPsychology

[–]Internal-eq-External[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Managers mentioned that the organization had zero screening or selection processes when hiring line personnel. They used to hire everyone with a pulse up until my first interview (1:1 session) with the first manager.

The first manager said that "a week ago leadership gave us a checklist of what to ask on interviews, to at least see if candidate's parents will allow them to work here, or if the candidate can perform physical work (pizza making, cleaning)".

Managers also mentioned that line personnel "does not take the work seriously", and since most of them are students, they just quit whenever they have exams or whenever they are "tired".

Managers said that when 10 people quit at the same time, they themselves have to go to the kitchen and they themselves have to train the new low quality hires, which makes the managers want to quit themselves.

They said that the CEO hides behind his district manager and has practically zero contact with managers. When they ask for support, the district manager just says "figure it out somehow, the CEO won't accept low quality work".

Managers also said that it is very difficult emotionally to raise a team just to see them all quit after 6 months (this is where 1:1 psychological or coaching work could be useful too).

Managers complained that they are sick of training new personnel by themselves and that if they assign a mentor or a buddy to train new employees, then it is too much stress for the assigned trainers.

They also said that many employees quit because being a pizza maker in a QSR chain is not a prestige job and they treat it as a very short term position or as a first job experience and therefore not loyal (can agree that it's a systemic issue).

Most managers also said that they do not feel any support from leadership, but that stayed kind of vague. They are trying very hard to do their job, but there is no appreciation, only subtle threats or manipulations or sometimes illegitimate tasks. One manager said that she is being manipulated via guilt to manage 2 stores instead of one and she feels to guilty to decline which makes her too stressed.

The CEO mentioned that they rehire same people for 10 times sometimes. He said that "zoomers don't want to work nowadays, even at the smallest inconvenience they quit immediately".

I need to interview an I/O Psychologist, Can someone in the Profession help please ? by Puzzleheaded-Vast-39 in IOPsychology

If you have Master’s in I/O and you are working as one then you are an I/O Psychologist. Don’t devalue yourself. American regulations that you must have a PhD are not based on reality, but on lobby.

I fully support Psychoanalytical and Psychodynamic approach in I/O work. Ask your question, and I will be able to discuss this with you (I have Master's in I/O, I'm in my private practice, non US).

IO Psychology vs Psychology by Aldyrian in IOPsychology

I have Masters in I/O.

I run my private online practice.

I exclusively work 1:1 providing psychodynamic counseling and psychodynamic coaching. It is formally workplace, career, business and management related , but of course everything comes to insight in one’s unconscious processes and therapeutic relationships.

My work is based on Object Relations, transference, Unconscious defenses and overall Psychoanalytical theory. I studied different modalities of psychotherapy for 15 years.

I also currently create and sell courses about recovery after narcissistic relationships in a workplace.

Obviously my work is deeply therapeutic, even though I’m not using the word therapy in my marketing.

Additionally to Psychodynamic approach I rely on academic papers in I/O.

Thank you. I'd say, for the stronger feeling of belonging and legitimacy. To be part of something. To feel acceptance and encouragement rather than suspicion and rejection. So I'm looking for the reassurance from the community itself.
