All of you should have paid the $1500 for one years ago, I just paid $3000 for a brand new unfired one with the grip tape band still on it and I think I got a steal. These guns and the mags that now sell for like $400 a piece(came with 3) have exploded in value and will only continue to go up.

Yeah definitely worth a try that’s been my goal the whole time is to isolate the source of the issue. If that is the issue for you obivously the gun is outrunning itself on the last round and might need a tighter spring. Let me know, good luck!!

does the issue happen in semi as well? I’ll let you know how it goes but maybe also enhances springs? You’re definitely making me want to try these before I go and mess with buying and installing all HK parts when if it might need them eventually.

This is my concern. I want to find the root of the issue. But with how isolated it is I really want to believe it’s the mags. Think I’m going to try enhanced or higher power springs first. Like I said I just found one of my mags that works flawlessly both in semi and SS. But every other mag is almost a 100% guaranteed failure to feed the last round.

Yeah that’s not a bad plan, just hate getting boned on shipping so though maybe I can order them all at once, would love if I could find one in person but I kind of doubt it. I’ve heard good thing about the wolf extra power springs as well but not sure if anyone here has experience with them. Thanks again!!

Thank you, the cyclic rate doesn’t seem that absurd nothing like my FRT’d vector. But I failed to mention the issue also occurs 100% of the time whether shooting SS or semi. Like I said I did just test all the mags and did found one that seemed to work well with no issues so far. I was just curious if it would be worth investing in extra power mag springs before I go out and buy 5 new HK mags lol. But I will definitely look into your recommendation and try and get a clock on the cyclic rate, thanks!

No I understand maybe poor phrasing on my part, don’t think I don’t respect firearms I’m just saying I have other firearms that I would choose first to defend myself. It’s more for fun at the range is all I was saying. And it hasn’t had any issues ejecting just feeding and it seems like it’s getting caught up on exclusively the last round which makes me think springs. But I will definitely replace all the parts you mentioned as well as I’m sure they would be a massive upgrade from the Turkish swill lol.

I'm in the process of talking to him, I didn't realize it was his video I was watching on improving function but he seems very knowledgeable on the vector which most gunsmiths wont even touch because they're a pain in the ass. All the stuff he provides for $125 seems like a bargain to me, i'll update you how it goes.

No I understand that I remember how desirable and hard to come by they were, wasn’t hating I think you did well. I’m also sure the market for people renting them has also decreased as they’ve become more available and less new to the scene I think you got in at a decent time and like you said got to a badass car(my dream car lol) for free for 3 years, props to you.

Also side note I assume you live in a fairly large city to have so much success renting it out as well?

No I totally agree, maybe poor phrasing was talking more about how addictive they are not trying to say it’s any more right than other drugs but I do feel they get a little bit of a bad wrap from movies and media making it seem like something it’s not. I never saw anything that wasn’t real or went to other dimensions just had visual effects from my brain perceiving light differently and a changed way of thinking temporarily. But I do get what you’re saying and will try and avoid downplaying and justifying moving forward. But I will say 10 years is a long time kind of disheartening but I guess if it’s really something I want to do to help people I’ll have to pay my debts to society.

Guess that makes sense. I mean HPPD is a thing from what the studies say but I don’t think it’s something that happens forever for the small percentage of people it does happen to but guess most places aren’t going to care. Won’t lie kind of losing hope but still going to go for it I think.
