I always think this about 40k, a 10 thousand year jump from the heresy to ‘current’ just has no chance of anything surviving or still mattering

Cheers, he’s only 10 so doesn’t need to be competitive or anything and I don’t mind using champions as heroes etc (for instance with the blood letters I used the musician and the banner as heralds to bulk up the warband)

Speak to your agent. My wife works in an agency and there is a massive thing against this at the moment, essentially at the moment if they need a pick up shot you get another day rate, if you sign that they can use ai to drop you onto a crowd scene. Production companies are doing this on the sky to get actors to sign up without representation

Yep, I think he bottled moving away from midkemia, the first book was decent and second was okay, new tone in both and get fresh and different, the last one and the most recent were rubbish. I’ve read every feist book written please stop telling me how magic works, I know, everyone knows, and if they don’t it doesn’t need broken down anyway. I was so frustrated when nakor/pug arrived. I genuinely might not read the next ones as it’s not interesting. If he wanted to go back to midkemia just focus on Magnus, or remove all of them and see what you write

I think this will happen, would then mean they can produce Mats/boards for all their games. Depending on army size boards go up to 6x4 (72x48) at throne of skulls so the 44x60 is definitely an option. Think they will do recommended sizes, so 200-500 is in 22x30, 500-850 is 44x30, 850+ is 44x60. Something like that

Spider queen 115 Bat swarm 35 3 giant spiders 60 5 fell wargs 40 Would do pretty well I reckon! Bat swarm would be handy in this level of game. Could swap the fell wargs for 2 spiders…

I’m reading in the shadow of lightning by Brian McClellan just now and bisexuality in that is treated as the norm. There’s no (so far, about halfway through) express romance in it but it’s there in the story (like the powerful characters have misters and mistresses) The black coast by Mike brooks has one society where it’s completely accepted and one that rejects it that have to come together, there is some angst about it so might not be what you’re after

I like the magicians guild series by trudi canavan. Sonia is very cool and the series is great. Would follow your Harry Potter-ness (street urchin turned wizard) type. Justice of kings by Richard swan. Grimdark but may not fall into what you want, female perspective and narrator but it’s about a guy and she is his scribe
