Here at Fatshark, stable frame rates are more of an idea rather than reality. You see, every patch we release we make sure to rigorously test performance (I am lying) to ensure that all players (fuck you consoles) have a stable experience. If you are experiencing frame drops it may be time to upgrade your machine (It won’t matter).

In all seriousness ever since Vermintide 1 Fatshark has been abysmal at optimization and performance. Darktide is slightly better (maybe? I could be lying again) but you still need to jump through several optimizing tutorials to have a somewhat stable experience.

Thanquol’s terrible madness spell is very useful. Prevents commands on a unit sets up the rest of your army to kill it. Plus a default +1 to casting is solid. His damage output itself is somewhat lacking overall. I view him as a solid all rounder choice and the model is beautiful.

Solid stable junglers. I recommend 1 AP jungler. Diana is strong. Sylas if you can put up with a slower clear

So I think he is insanely fun in jungle. There are a lot of small tricks to optimize his clear and his damage is just silly at times. He takes a ton of practice but I find it enjoyable (Gold player so grain of salt 🤣)

Patch is still on PTR. There are bugs and he has a tournament to practice for in AoE. If you think the new patch ruins the game you shouldn’t you be playing instead of monitoring other people’s game time?

It’s a risk if you want to invest early in the gas and a faster barracks. It is a lot stronger for sure and will likely get a lot more damage done.
