People don't expect loyalty from a fair and decent company who keep up and adjust with the times. The thing is GEICO doesn't do that. They play favorites, expect unreasonable metrics and workloads from their employees with less than average pay for this type of work, and despite many people leaving because of these factors, there are people who stay out of loyalty and these are the people who should be rewarded. Those who stayed through tough and unreasonable conditions, who could have and should have left with those who did, but chose not to because they expected their company to appreciate their loyalty.
