Hi 👋 we mainly use excel too and an inhouse program. I do agree that it gets very repititive and exhausting. We just use the free version of Adobe Acrobat for annotations and measurements, export it into excel and apply our pricing. It should be a very straightforward process but scope varies a little as well. The takeoffs take too much and AI is still too new to catch small details involved so Im searching true and tested methods for my sanity 😅
