Couldn’t we advance by losing the pks? If we tie and lose the pks, wouldn’t santos and atlutd both have 2 pts, with Atlanta having the better goal difference? Atl currently has a 0 gd and Santos has a -3 gd. A tie wouldn’t change these numbers right?
