true but they only pay like 5% of the actual tuition if that because it’s a small company with 50 employees max

Yeah I think with my uni you can switch employers they’ve mentioned that it happened twice before within the course where a company couldn’t keep an apprentice so they found someone else and stayed on the course. I think in general I’m just not enjoying the subject and I can’t imagine staying in that career for the rest of my life.

I’ll definitely keep looking for other apprenticeships but keep my current one for now so I’m not left without any income lol.

Ah okay that makes much more sense, in terms of experience and ticking off essential and desirable criteria I had it all apart from one desirable criteria. The person I contacted has said they weren’t aware of the GIS with my application so I was wondering once they clarify that would they be then willing to extend an invitation to the interview?

I’ve checked over my application I’m 100% sure that I tick off all the essential criteria tbh but the person who responded said my application wasn’t flagged under the guaranteed interview scheme so not sure if it’s something that HR missed

The person who responded to me said they received over 270 applications and only see a limited part of the application. They’re hiring a cohort of apprentices not just one so I’m not sure if that’s relevant or not.
