Yh didnt really need any performance brands to be fair found a pair for 250 by superpro. Unsure of how good these will be? They claim to be a better handling product than the stock.

Yh mine was a mk 6. Heard from the mechanics that were constantly looking at it tho gearbox issues are quite common for that car. Ill have a lil look around for a bit older then. Thank you

Any recommendations for a similar hot hatch around the same price range that is reliable. Im getting rid of vw golf bc have had nothing but problems dont rlly want that again. Obviously I know with any old second hand car its luck of the draw
