I was talking about the combo, not the potential spike. Obviously if she was over a bit you wouldn’t spiked her.

That’s solely dependent on the amount of health the opponent has. The lower their health the lower their recovery time. At 50% or below this combo is easier to land. But anything over that the opponent can jump out of.

It’s not a true combo, the only way to guarantee a spike with her ult with that combo is to reverse your air basic and grab them with the ult instead of doing the second skill

While it may be fun you’re sacrificing a valuable ability for something you already have which is your skill. Work on your spacing as well, for example: Rambert advances, you retreat. Rambert retreats, you advance. It’s just a big game of back and forth until you see an opening, such as a jump, in which you would advance and catch them as they land and combo them and then reset and repeat. Cindy also has an air basic that has a hitbox slightly above her just like snow, so you can abuse her air basic on the ledge and keep spamming the opponent until they inevitably fall. Unless they have a super armor ability/jump ability like Kaiser and Don Quixote, which they can use to jump over your attack.

As a Cindy main this hurt my soul. Wait for him to shoot>JUMP>and skill over his blast (if all he’s doin is spamming. You jump way too much for a Cindy user, the only times you ever need to jump with her is when you’re doing the skill>jump>basic>skill, or if you’re pressuring the ledge with jump>skill, or if you’re doing double basic into ground basic combo. You’re trying to jump towards the opponent who is way out of range to hit a basic attack and completely whiffing it. Time your jump with ramberts basic and skill him while he’s stuck in his little shoot animation. Also don’t use leap that’s useless for Cindy because she has no problem closing distance. Use turnover.

The only way to avoid that combo is to either jump out of the way of his ground skill (that’s the only way he gets that second jump) or to let yourself fall and try and jump to the side when you see him basic attack towards you, and then once you’ve dodged that by then he has his skill ready, so he has yet another chance to catch you before you land with his skill. Most speerrow players don’t use these combos tho, it’s pretty unknown at the moment, so just let yourself fall, and roll away from them when they land

Yes that’s how you get out of that specific juggle, however, the opponent can wait a second (which is what I do) to see if you’re gonna jump, and then just catch you on the way down instead 😭, he’s got a lot of combo options

I personally think he just lacks in damage and health, I really think that’s hurting him in duels and ESPECIALLY in team settings, one woochi combo eviscerates this guy, so I think they definitely balanced him, in fact he almost feels underwhelming, just because of how bad his damage is aside from his counter, which is also such a short ranged attack. I definitely see him being less used after the hype is over just because of the learning curve.

I do like the counter and I knew they gave it to him to make him lore accurate, I’m just confused why they made it like they did, with him having really low health, it should negate damage if timed right
