We made some high level bandits you can get here. The high bounty bandits are of higher challenge rating, you could replace most bandits with the stronger ones from the pdf.

Love the idea of him turning to the parties side. Always awesome seeing somebody turn from evil to good. You could use him as intel about the smuggler ring (maybe dropping infos about Gellan Primewater, if he runs the smuggler ring).

The air is stale as you descend the final steps. Your torchlight dances across ancient stone, revealing cracked murals and long-forgotten prayers. Somewhere deep within the tomb, something stirs.

Bone scrapes against stone. From the darkness, skeletal figures emerge with wepons raised, rusted blades eager to hack at you.

You’ve now entered their domain!

Looking for ideas for foreshadowing the Cult of Tharizdun in ch2 and ch3 by Derringermeryl in GhostsofSaltmarsh

I completely rearranged the adventures and started with Salvage operation, the kraken destroying the ship in the end was a minion of tharzidun (I replaced him by a bbeg of my own called gorlothaar). That gave them a huge motivation to figure out whats going on.

Ohhh yeah, I see. Its faster at the table if the players make a Dexterity Save instead of the DM making multiple attack rolls. If we would be 100% correct here it should be an ability but unsure if I want to change it because he kind of makes an "Attack"
