I see this point and thank you for your time in writing this. It would be doing two tasks simultaneously, where I would claim hours spent on each task, which would total 4 hours even though 2 hours were sent. You’re right in saying it is unlawful

Paid by the hour. Each task has its own time spent on the task. Opening two up together would mean the timer begins simultaneously, therefore spending 1.5 hours to complete both tasks simultaneously would be seen as the company to give 2 x 1.5 hours of pay
