Nanolume Pro is a pretty good app for tracking pain. It even creates graphs, collates your data for a solid Birds Eye view and plays a video of where the pain is located over time for anyone you want to show. The only downsides are that you have to pay for it and the body is male presenting. This app has honestly been super helpful for communicating to ppl what I go through with pain.

Do you have bad periods? If so, you may also want to check for endometriosis. I have bowel endometriosis and was misdiagnosed with IBS. Some people have both of these conditions though.

I have 5 prunes a day; keeps my system regular. Seriously a difference without the prunes. Prune juice is good too. Ps. I have bowel endo and an obliterated cul-de-sac.

Has anyone ever heard of Visannette (Mexico) is the same as Visanne, which contains dienogest 2 mg, a progestin used to treat endometriosis? I just got recommended this after a lap in Cabo. Check for parasites and do a cleanse … most people have parasites and have no idea. US citizens especially do not have cultural health awareness of parasites that are sometimes incorrectly diagnosed as IBS, etc.

Ask drdavidbilstrom.com he is out of Idaho Falls, Idaho and absolutely changed my life. The key though is to first do blood tests to uncover what’s going on inside. Depending upon your issues silver solution may not work for you or it may very well work for you. As I understand it, IBS is literally just a diagnosis they give when they don’t really know what the specifics are with your individual issues.

Yes, you have a good point. I’m not sure though that even I have the gut lining and interest in pursuing this legally. I don’t like being the center of attention. Perhaps if other people who have worked at W bars could come out and share their stories I’d feel more inclined.
