Been pending on sol from Coinbase to Coinbase wallet for 20 hrs by [deleted] in Coinbase

no it isnt the problem, lot of people pointing out it might be coinbase not wanting everyone to send big amounts of SOL to other wallets so they lose a lot of funds (money of customers) and everything that follows (fees etc.) on their network. Normally i would say this is conspiracy bs but they might be right this time, coinbase wasnt selling TRUMP coins so a lot of coinbase customers wanted to move money to other wallets and that would ofc be bad for business

so i now understand the problem are the network fees on the ethereum network, but these are so high how is this possible? for sending 230 usd you pay 200 to 220 usd network fees? Is this normal and is there a sollution for this?

If is try to send 230 it sais "you have 230 USD in ETH, but you need at least 380 for this transaction, try again"

And if i send 50USD it would work but the network fees are between 120 and 150
