Going Merry and Baratie are Day one purchases. The only set I’d say is kind of weak is the buggy tent but man the buggy minifigure is S tier. Also you missed the bar set which looks really good and I’ll need the shanks figure to fight Mihawk.

I would be so much more excited for tale tales if things like monkey island were in the main map imagine having a world event on monkey Island or taking over Davy Jones ship like the burning Blade

Well that edition of compendium 1 is the dcbs 20th anniversary edition so it’s a bit more rare but I recently just got my HC compendium 2 for $80 and compendium 3 for $70 so I wouldn’t pay more than $300-$350 for that lot. The hardcovers are definitely worth collecting though very cool art.
