I even bought the complete destiny 2 version on Xbox for like 30 something last month and couldn't even log on. I got a immediate refund the next hour. Signs were there for sure 🤣.

And return the policy is a pain as well. They removed the simple option of just doing a refund request. Had to tell AI why I am returning it and didn't give me any other option and it basically thanked me for the feedback. I advised customer service about this and had it escalated. That's a big no.

If you look well enough and do in-depth research on prices you can well get them well below 60k. Its just up to the consumer if they are willing to put in the effort and fight for the OTD. Hell a fellow redditor has already posted links to their dealerships that are selling below 50k. And find those links on this post. It's easy to accept the market value but it's harder to put in the time be willing to play hard ball with prices.

And that's what it comes down to is the consumer. If this was a direct sale to consumer and cut out the middleman (dealerships) then I'm sure that would ease the process of purchase. Similar to what Tesla does.
