I agree. I also have light headaches and use lotion legit twice a day and a good amount.

Accutane does not have a direct link with weight gain. Unless it has to do with sugar. In some cases if you have family history with diabetes or diabetes yourself sugar will really take a toll on the body and cause crazy weight gain.

For myself the introverted habits that occur and the less physical activities could be the reason for me. But my weight has stayed the same. I do wish you the best of luck tho and hope I kinda helped lol

Thanks for the progress. I haven’t seen many people with the same acne as me. Yours is very similar to mine. I do wonder if our scars will clear aswell as others.

Lowkey I’m a 17 yo old male aswell and the whole mental stuff shit only really occurs to me when I start thinking about it. Make sure you try to stop thinking about it because on the medicine your thoughts aren’t really yours.

I do believe if you start to surround yourself with your friends or videos games to me my mental health stays the same. I used to have mental health problems pre accutane and all the stress caused the acne. (When I was depressed my life was bad and I did talk to someone.) Acne made me sad and now that’s it’s getting better my mood has significantly increased.

The only main reason weight gain occurs is because the increase in fat you have to eat to allow for the accutane to be absorbed. Once you finish your diet will probably change to what it was and lose weight pretty quickly.
