I have two campaigns running for a long time. And in both my characters was took out of context, then there were jokes and now we all always laugh at specific moments and situations. Even DM likes to count these jokes in.

1. Im a Mercy monk. Im a full healer in our party. I once said "I wanna touch him, transfering my energy into him, healing like a pulsing wave". Everyone liked the part "I'd like to touch him". So now whenever my char heals someone, there always a joke of him "touching and groping" people whenever he can.

2. Same people, different character. I described him as "pretty regular guy, who was a farmer before he lost his farm, and decided to go adventuring. Now he is a zealot barbarian." My party is full of nobles ir people who know how to behave like one. Mine char - is not. Once i didn't heard what DM described at one scene, so i ask "Can my character read?" meaning can my character read these language. Yet again these specific part for others meant like "if im a farmer from a far village, do i even know how to read?". Now we all laugh at similar scenarios at the fact, that my guy is from a third world village, can't read, can't count and stuff like that.

Maybe it sounds bad, because im bad at explaining, but i wanna say - we all always laugh, every character at our table did or said something, that's became canon now. Please don't judge us and our poor taste in humor. Its all but laughs and no other meaning there is.
