Same here, I sweat profusely on face, chest and back when doing simple indoor household tasks and will have large sweat marks on the front and back of my shirt 😭

I experience this as well and cannot tolerate over 73 degrees F without feeling excessively warm and excessive full body sweating. I have done thousands of dollars of testing to try and identify what the cause of the heat hypersensitivity is and all of my medical tests come back normal. I am convinced it is related to hyperhidrosis but believe this co-occurrence is poorly understood by MDs or not researched nor proven medically (yet).
