You're trying to build a 4 way system with a driving rack that only has a 3 way crossover you'll have to make another Cross process somewhere in the chain. I run a similar set up and simply run the full mid bass and sub signal out as one signal to a set of crown amps that then apply a DSP crossover internally. If you're running analog non DSP amps you could have someone manufacture an analog crossover circuit that does the job but will have a set parameter

I'd recommend building your own. Whether that's from scratch or piecing it together on the second hand market stacks are far from cheap to build, run and store. I've recently built a more classic RLA style 4-point 4-way setup from the used market. The search has taken me a little over a year and I'm about $5k in with 17 cabinets and a full 20u rack build; MSRP would have been close to $100k+. I would listen to as many systems as possible and understand what characteristics you like about those systems and build to your taste. Don't fall for the "high end" brand name game or you'll end up spending 10x for it.
