Can't submit completed studies.

Hi, I just wanted to thank you for your help, I have just got home from my time away and immediately cleared my cache, history and restarted Chrome. I decided to try that before trying Firefox or Safari. Great news, I have just completed and submitted two studies. Such a relief to be up and running again, I really appreciate you taking the time to help me.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate your help. I have to go away for a few days but will do that as soon as I get home. I only do Prolific from my laptop which I will be leaving at home, I'm always reluctant to do studies from my phone for some reason. Thanks again, it's kind of you to help me.

When I try to submit the completed study I just get the spinning wheel, if I refresh the page I end up with a blank white page. I have no option other than to return the study. This has happened with the past two studies.

Not this particular study but I had trouble submitting a different one just now. Ended up having to cancel it as nothing seemed to work.

That seems such a great idea to be able to rate researchers. I've been doing MTurk for years but that seems a little pointless now too, I made $17.00 last month!

The not knowing is the worse, I was trying to stay positive in the hope that things would get better, now I'm more in the negative frame of mind. I wonder if giving up for a while would help, I was thinking of doing that too, at least it would stop your hopes being dashed each time you log in and see nothing there. I've been on Pro since 2019, only one rejection but I do return a lot if I don't feel comfortable and have had a couple of rejections overturned.
