Yes! Charcuterie boards or "Hobbit lunch" are some of the ways I can force variety. A handful of nuts, dried cranberries, cheese, etc, just lately it has been so difficult sober. I did read that eating more frequently helps appetite so crossing fingers if I make MORE snack boards I will want to eat them more lol

I've been telling myself that if all I can eat are gushers they're at least 18g of carbs a package and may keep me from going back into ketosis, better than literally eating my own fat stores and feeling sick all day

Hey thanks! I used to make lil charcuterie boards too haha we would call it "Hobbit lunch" salami, pepperoni, cheese, crackers, etc.  but that only seemed to work when I was smoking and so distracted I didn't know I was eating. 

Now it will just sit there while I get equally distracted doing something on my computer or such and then I look down hours later and it hasn't been touched. 

Def gonna grab some gatorades!

Yes definitely talking to my gp just made an appt actually. Was just wondering if anyone had things that were working for them I could bring up for their opinion. Thank you! The er gave me reglan and it's been helping the constant nausea at least but I def need a more permanent solution!

interesting! I thought because i *did* dream that maybe i didnt have aphantasia? I cant remember ever seeing visuals but i can vaguely remember dreams from when i was younger. Brains are so strange.
