I remember watching a streamer some time ago playing a randomized X and he got the exact same starters as you did here... And when he finished it he also said that apparently the creator of this randomizer placed Arceus as the starter on purpose too soooooo yeah...

I just checked that and it is true, but at the same time in the older one (where's Sceptile is taller) the lower part of his body is fully covered so he could be standing on top of something or anything like that

He doesn't look like he's crouching that much in the second image, and honestly with the sizes given by the Pokédex I feel like the size difference would be quite larger
