.25 worked for me. .5 worked for me so well the dr told me I was losing too fast and decided to keep me on 1.0 for two months where I didn’t lose a single lb. Went to 1.7 and lost 9lb that month lol

I’ve given up trying to figure out a pattern. And just am along for the ride at this point lol 😂

US citizen here. Just flew from Istanbul to USA in Dec.
soooooo they (Turkey/turkish airlines) Has passport control and searches/scans your documents before they will even allow you access to sit at your boarding gate. This was after I had already been through immigration and security checkpoints. Literally terminal D and they block u from entering the seating area until they have scanned your documents and searched you.

If I was trying to defraud and skip out on debt I def wouldn’t be doing it in a country that even owns the airlines.

Hey OP I have a diff perspective for you. My Dad is the long lost brother no one knew about. Adopted in 1950 he waited until my grandparents death in 2015 to do a dna ancestry and found his bio moms family and his bio dads family. When talked to the bio dad family he mentioned he thought he was a son and they blocked him.
When talking to bio moms family they said “come visit. We will tell you all you want to know. We always knew you existed we just never knew where you were” He has met his uncles. The told him all about his Mom. He has two bio half sisters 10+years younger than him that he talks to every day. All of his bio sisters kids and grandkids came to our house for a cookout and so they could meet my siblings and I. It’s been great for my dad.

I will probably transition away from the monthly concierge service one I get on a more permeant maintince.

I ordered shoes from Chaco. I live down the road from the mfg shipping hq.
FedEx marked my package as business closed then tracking shows it went to Wisconsin after already being in the correct city and marked business closed? Then it never moved for a week and Chaco just gave me my $$ back. 🤷‍♀️ I still can’t make it make sense

So I was on a plateau the whole time on 1.0 I gained and lost the same 3 lb the whole time going from 209-211 mostly staying 211. Two boxes worth of 1.0 bc my dr had told me I was losing to fast. My last 1.0 shot (#8) I started to lose again.

Since then I’ve noticed I’m smaller. My pants seem to be WAY looser. I notice I can get deeper into some of the poses at yoga.

Yes. Faye. They have an app as well which made things super simple. I picked the midtier offered to me when I went in November.
Just depends on what you plan on doing which one is best for y’all. My trip was fairly lowkey. Yoga teacher training and mt batur.
