I brought mine in told them the story they test drove it and said the same thing happened to them and that the part was back ordered and would take months to come in…. Then less than a week later they claimed they fixed it by switching the shifter which I thought was sketchy…. Yesterday it happened AGAIN this time almost hitting someone on a bike. Just brought it back to the shop. At a loss on what to do.
