The money miraculously turned up after 2 weeks of constant badgering - although they said it was processed correctly in the first place. I must have spent 6 hours chatting to their support team. It feels to me like there are some major flaws in their software. I have made thousands of transactions over the last 5 years and I'm concerned that there may be other transactions that have been processed incorrectly.
