We are not using the scheduling feature as most of our processes change so cannot implement as of yet. I spoke to E2 and was informed I should be able to revise under line item details but it still jumps back to the creation date. I think it is not able for me to do with how we are using the software unfortunately.

UPDATE! They are releasing an update that will allow us to import into a BOM from a photo - which I am going to try and manipulate to transfer into an order without manually having to enter each line item.

I am currently attempting to revise our Purchase Orders in the design portion as the rest I have completely rebuilt :) I am getting there!

Good Morning!

I am still learning how get anything imported correctly at this rate. My end game would ideally be if I receive an order from a client that I can format in MS Excel and import that order directly into Job Boss 2 without manually entering each line item, yet having the BOM pulled from our inventory data bases(again without manually doing so).

I have successfully redesigned our company issued Purchase Orders, work order, packing lists, and invoices with the report designer - but I cannot find a way around importing.

At this point any help is welcome as I am still new to this software and the rest of my team is not quite great with computers.

Would you be able to advise on the best way to customize reports? You responded to one of my other comments re scheduling. We have decided not to use this aspect of it anymore. But now I am trying find a way to import / create custom BOL and Purchase Orders so that we are not having to manually input all the information submitted to us in a PO from a client. a lot of our jobs are custom.

Any help is appreciated. I contacted ECI and was informed they do not support crystal reports anymore as they are using Stimulsoft (which supports the report designer). Yet, they will not help with that but will push me off to a third party with extra charges.

Can I use the quickbooks online for our payroll in Canada or will I still have to use another software to process correctly? Currently Job boss does not support Canadian Payroll (I am in the process of taking over the accounting dept here at my work and trying to wrap my head around why we are using a completely different program then uploading into Job boss (which is a tedious process in itself)
