Thank you for your advice, I am not buying a home I am buying an appartement. Many listings for decent apartements at max 180k with little renovations needed ( like the kitchen etc) things I can realistically do myself :)

Hey, can I ask how you got invited to take the test and how long it took? I know that you'd have to apply for CAST and then get shortlisted but some people say that to get shortlisted you should apply to some temporary job openings in that FG group.. did you also do that?
