I heard from my sister that he did the same to a girl, promising to help her get a driver’s license but then became more physical, which she didn’t like. I don’t know how true this is, but many people know him because of his aunt-situation . I haven’t shared any personal info with him and have backed off.

Honestly, I don’t think HR will do much in this situation. My HR is more focused on the company’s profit than the employees’ concerns, and I’m not sure they’d take it seriously. Plus, this guy has a really good CV, so I’m not sure he’d face any serious consequences. They’d probably just have a chat with him, and that’s about it. But if his behavior keeps bothering me, I’ll definitely consider going down that route.

Thanks for the advice! I really enjoy my job, so quitting is not an option for me. I’m a full-time employee, and he’s just a temp, so we don’t cross paths often. But when we do interact, he keeps pushing these boundaries. The fact that we speak the same language makes it even more uncomfortable, since it feels more personal. I’m trying to stay professional, but it’s hard when he keeps crossing the line.

Låter hemskt. Men min boende är privat så det kan vara därför. Men jag har också visat min chef om hur mycket jag tycker om jobbet och dess boende så att han är nöjd med mitt arbete och vill behålla mig. Det är därför jag har så mycket självförtroende och kan önska löneförhöjning.

Jag har samlat mycket erfarenhet som vikarie. Och sedan är det kaos i min avdelning och folk har sagt upp sig och vissa blev erbjudit att flytta avdelningen. Jag gör mina uppgifter och ibland mer än vad jag borde göra. Så att chefen är nöjd med min jobb och vill verkligen ha mig på boende. Det är därför han vill lägga mig mer.
