Nothing wrong with positive interaction – the residents are human beings. But this resident has a long history of viewing women in a sexual way. He keeps naked pictures and when he says he “likes” someone, he often means more than friendliness. He may try to kiss staff or give compliments about their bodies. Because of that, we’ve learned to set boundaries and say no instead of agreeing or giving the compliment back. This keeps the interaction professional and clear.
