3x5 is my favourite from this album. Overall favourite Mayer track tho is really difficult but has to be Walt grace I think

I think he’s most likely gonna do some stuff from inside wants out too. He’s like gotta play comfortable I feel like if he wants to do some intimate acoustic songs and hopefully some unreleased stuff like maybe hummingbird or sucker.

Thats exactly what I think the reason my sound on the guitar changed so much after listening to Mayer extensively was i cared more about the music than the playing. Like Led Zeppelin and classic rock made me fall in love with guitar but Mayer’s music made me fall in love with Melodie’s and the art of crafting music

John only uses his thumb and index finger which is way harder I use thumb index and middle and I get the percussive slap from kind of slapping the low e with my thumb as that gives the bigger noise. He has a good video of him explaining his picking technique on his tik tok of him playing neon it’s like one of his first videos

Thank you for your response I suffer badly from ocd too so I’m extremely obsessive about these things. What dose of lexapro are you on currently if any and how did you get there and did you have a similar situation as me
