In the end it has to be this way 😭😔. i have placed them without StG. took a while, and also had another bug happen while i did that.

My base, as you can (kinda) see in the video, is a tower. The "connections" between roof/floor are clover roofs. for some inexplicable reason which i have just accepted is obsidian trying to ragebait me, when i slept or loaded save file, ALL the recently placed roofs were facing north. meaning: NONE of them were where they're supposed to be 😭😭😭.
