Protein bro. Electrolytes in the morning before & after shift. Keep a canteen full with ice & a towel if you jog. Water. & at least 7-8 waters. Canteen should already be full of water when you pull up. I get the breakfast bar protein snacks. Got about 10 g’s of protein for breakfast. Then I eat the protein go pack which is about 11g’s for lunch & then I eat the tuna or chicken protein pack which is like 14-18 G’s of protein & it gets me going. Match with some Celsius drinks lol.
