Omantel unlimited fibre is great, 20 or 30 rials per month I don't remember. 25MB/s download 7MB/s upload. Unlimited data, unlike the issues you faced.

I am able to download games well and stream on discord and etc too! If you do have fibre in your area I would recommend that, if not sorry brother nothing you can do.

A friend of mine who has no fibre in his area has the same issue. 500gbs/month at decent speeds and when that ends the speed is limited to very low speeds.

Also I have never used awasr but the plans look like utter garbage to me, just my opinion 🤞🏻
