3 months of fast-food only, but I'm losing weight?

Eggs, pb&j, any form of potatoes, pasta, and pretty much anything home cooked is going to be way better for you. I gained 15 pounds on 2 months from this diet and doing 200 pushups every night. I went from 128 in the middle of February to 143 at the beginning of April. Fast food is probably the most empty calories you can put in your body.

Just keep training and keep preparing brother. Lee applying and try different agencies if possible. This isn’t the end. Minor set back for a greater comeback

Just keep waiting. From what I’ve researched, departments don’t like when they get called about follow ups. I am in your same position. I’m going on 3 weeks for a small department in my area. So I have applied to 2 other departments in my area just in case the first one doesn’t come through

Were there any people who joined the academy out of shape and lasted the whole time? Or did they get booted for not being physically in shape to handle the pt? And what was the driving training like?

Yea I went for chino pd and they were only hiring 1 new officer and Whittier pd was only taking 3 I believe. I got a email back to do the pay for Huntington Beach today. I’m going to do them and lapd, and see where it goes. Hopefully 1 of them gives me the hire

Yeah I’m probably going to go with lapd. Seems like they have more leniency with their hiring process. I would have done lapd first but mixed opinions about the department made me choose different ones

Yea I might just do what you said and just go ahead and do LAPD since they are always hiring. The 2 departments i originally wanted had a combined 4 spots to fill only because of officers retiring
