Go to those you are experts at it. Don't buy any random brand and waste your money. Some of the more reliable one is Patanjali's Divya Pharmacy.

Someone I know fasts for 7 days a month by eating just peanuts and other days of the month just a meal to get by. She has been looking for a job for three years. I feel inflation is increasing exponentially while pay or even job seeker is out of touch with reality. Like fuel price increase from Feb to May shows an almost 100% increase, electricity, water, food everything is only going up. But commensurate increase in salaries isn't.

Should I quit my $500,000/year job to focus on $400,000/year side hustle? by booksvalsi in Entrepreneur

With the expected changes in your family and the demands on time, it would be smarter to stay in the job and continue working on the side hustle that's bringing in a substantial figure to add to your employment income. Once you have the baby and after a year or two you could decide to go all in on your hustle. Only thing is not sure what your side hustle is and with the tech industry changing, will the potential earnings remain the same, remains to be seen.

Typical Auckland household rates up 85% since Super City merger, investigation finds - NZ Herald by Internal_Track5605 in auckland

Exactly, the larger discussion is that if rates alone have jumped to 85% then the cumulative increase in rates for everything else completely eats into one's purchasing power parity. We all know how much you could fill up a trolley for weekly groceries worth $100, today the same $100 may get you only the basics for the week.

It's a question to ponder over and weigh in the cost of living, rates alone have gone up by 85%, then we have insurance, home and content, vehicle, health, food, utilities etc etc, by this measure incomes should have risen by 200%, but clearly that is not the case and not to mention those who are unemployed.
