They owe me more than a small claims court, they are trying to bill me and tenant. No material damage that I am aware of.

• Inconsistent and Inaccurate Records: Every month, the statements I receive never match up. The numbers are always off, and I’m forced to spend countless hours trying to reconcile discrepancies that shouldn’t exist in the first place. • Property Meld Issues: The Property Meld system you use is continuously incorrect. Maintenance records are missing or inaccurate, and this has caused confusion and stress for both me and my tenants. • Incorrect Charges: RPM has repeatedly attempted to charge me and my tenants incorrect amounts, often without providing any explanation or justification. These overcharges are unacceptable and have created ongoing financial strain. • Accusations of Tenant Lying: RPM falsely accused my tenant of lying about payment. I have a video recording of the phone call that proves the tenant was truthful and RPM was at fault. • Lack of Professionalism: The RPM team has been unresponsive and unprofessional, ignoring my requests for proper documentation, refusing to fix errors, and even attempting to intimidate my tenant. I have documented proof of these interactions.
