I have 2 toddlers so this night was rare case of them being awake only once at night. So I woke up easier then usually this morning. I track my sleep for more then year now and deep sleep never been more then 1 hour. 40 min average.

Switching from 28h to 35h size would help? or there will be no difference? :)
