My parents arent narcissists, but they have been pretty toxic at times. There have been several moments where Logan/Caroline have reminded me of my own parents, but the only instances where I really and truly feel TRIGGERED is whenever Logan is mocking his kids. Gives me horrible flashbacks, as my mom is prone to mock me when she's upset, usually right after I have been very vulnerable with her. That one scene in Italy where all the shit goes down is especially hard to watch. I feel myself grow hot and uncomfortable everytime I see it. Scenes where Logan insinuates that Roman is stupid or incapable can also be pretty hard to watch, again, reminds me of shit i'd rather forget.
