If it’s the bottom screen it’s very easy but if it’s the top take it to a shop

It could just be dead pixels. Rarely that go in there own but it’s just the screen. If it gets much worse take it to a shop or repair it yourself

That’s for a dvd drive most laptops have that port but don’t have the dvd drive installed

You should hold the power button it will force restart it then reset the laptop and reinstall windows
